Critical Mass Technologies, Ltd. Co. is a member of the Veeam Cloud & Service Provider program. The software used to provide the Backups is Veeam Availability Suite™ v9, The Service is Critical Mass Technologies Managed Backup.
Veeam® does not offer its own cloud or managed services. Critical Mass Technologies Managed Backup Service is from Critical Mass Technologies, not Veeam.

Disaster Recovery Backups

The way Disaster Recovery backups differ from general backups is that with Disaster Recovery Backups the entire system is Imaged (A point in time SnapShot of the entire System) is stored as a Hardware Agnostic Image file in a format that can be Immediately turned into a Virtual Machine that can be run in Microsoft Azure as a VM (Virtual Machine), as a VM on your Hardware in Hyper-V, or restored to a Physical Machine on premises.

Generally, this type of Backup is used as a way to get your systems up and running again as quickly as possible due to a fire, natural disaster, or other issues with the ability to run on the current hardware.
